Like the women who witnessed you and supported you during your Woman Within Training Weekend, you, too, can staff a weekend.

Staffing is a special and sacred experience. Through staffing you have the opportunity to give to other women and have some of your own issues mirrored back to you. Women holding space for other women comes from ancient traditions. We are inspired by your desire to be a part of this very special Circle.

Prior to each Woman Within Training Weekend, a staffing application is sent to the women in the community. Eight to six weeks before a Woman Within weekend, the staffing committee meets to put together the staffing roster. A letter is then sent to the women chosen to staff a particular weekend.

And remember, that in order for us to staff, there has to be participants to attend the weekend!  Think back to how you found out about the weekend...  who invited you?  How is your Life Different now that you are a part of Woman Within?  Who might you pass this gift on to?

Attached are some suggestions for how to talk to another woman about the weekend...   and you can always give them the contact information for our administrator, for more information, to ask questions, etc.
